During the intensive 4 day workshop, the diverse group of participants from Thailand and beyond explored street photography from practical assignments through to curation, editing and presentation. This collection features a selection of Haikus photographed by the participants of the IPA Street Photography Workshop in Bangkok, 11-14th July 2013. In that sense, street photography is a means to an end, and not an end in itself. The intentions are to make personal or emotional remarks. The photographer employs this method of photography to observe daily public life, where his/her muse is, most often, the common man and his banal environment.
